“Before the Days Turn” – A tour in the spirit of Elul’s last days and Tishrei’s holy days

The days of Elul are days of endings and new beginnings, of self-reflection and reckoning. On this tour we will journey through Jerusalem and into our own selves.

The stones of Jerusalem tell stories and pose questions that touch each one of us and are especially meaningful during the Days of Awe.

We will tour the alleyways of the Jewish Quarter, between ruin and glory, between Heaven and Earth, between sacred and profane, seeking to understand the meaning of repentance and forgiveness in both ancient and modern times.

The sites of the tour include King David’s Tomb, Zion Gate, the Jewish Quarter, and the Western Wall.
